The form
The form further down this page goes straight to us. Fill it in at any time, including weekends; enquiries that arrive outside phone hours are picked up when the phones reopen.
What to include
- Your suburb and street, so we know which contractor is closest
- What the job is: lopping, removal, stump, palm or bamboo
- Roughly how tall the tree is and what sits under it
- How the crew would get in: side gate width, steps, slope
- Whether there are power lines near the tree
- Photos of the whole tree, the base of the trunk and the access
Where we work
Secret Harbour, Port Kennedy, Warnbro, Golden Bay, Singleton, Baldivis and Karnup. This is a service-area business with no shopfront; contractors come to your property.
Something urgent?
If a tree has fallen on power lines, stay well away and call Western Power. If anyone is in danger, call 000. Otherwise, keep people and cars clear of the tree and call us during phone hours.
What happens after you get in touch
We confirm the details with you, then pass the job to an independent local contractor who does that kind of work. They arrange a time to look at the tree, explain the options and send a written quote. You decide whether to go ahead; there is no charge for the quote and no obligation.
If you are comparing prices, the cost guide explains what a complete quote should include, so you can line up different quotes item by item. For council rules, power lines and other common questions, see the questions page.
